Senior Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and refine FP&A models for R&D (gross margin, COGS, cloud costs).
• Own gross margin reporting across R&D pillars with benchmarking.
• Partner with R&D and Product Ops to optimize costs.
• Integrate data from Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce, Tableau; build AI workflows.
• Design AI-assisted processes to speed up reporting.
• Build FinOps frameworks to monitor cloud spend and savings opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Financial Analyst or FP&A partner, esp. in R&D/Engineering/Product.
• Strong expertise in gross margin management, COGS modelling, cloud cost analysis.
• Curiosity for AI/automation; experience with Python and SQL; hands-on preferred.
• Comfortable with multi-source data environments; ability to build scalable automated solutions.
• Proficient in financial modeling and multi-scenario reporting.
• Excellent communication to engineering and executive audiences.
