Senior Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end controllership for EMEA entities; oversee monthly/quarterly closes in Oracle Fusion.
• Act as primary finance partner for EMEA operations; provide insights to regional leadership.
• Manage all EMEA statutory audits and external audit relationships from planning to sign-off.
• Oversee regulatory financial reporting for EMI and credit institutions under DNB/ECB (FINREP, COREP, ICAAP inputs).
• Build and maintain the EMEA internal controls framework; SOX readiness; align with group standards.
• Drive finance transformation; automate processes (Oracle workflows) and embed AI adoption in workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, RA, or equivalent).
• 7–10+ years post-qualification in a senior controllership/finance management role within a multi-entity, international organisation.
• Deep IFRS knowledge with experience in complex areas (revenue, financial instruments, leases, share-based payments).
• Experience managing statutory audits across multiple European jurisdictions; engagement with Big 4.
• Strong understanding of regulatory financial reporting for licensed financial institutions; EMI/PSD2/credit institution frameworks valued.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) or comparable ERP platforms.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience; building and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Fintech, payments, or financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
