- Ownership of 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, CAPA, FRACAS with KPI improvements.
- Hands-on debugging with scopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers; read schematics.
- Proficiency with PLM and issue-tracking tools (Arena/Agile, Jira) and Excel/SQL.
