  • Deliver onboarding programs to teach sales motion, plays, and GTM.
  • Develop onboarding cohorts, workshops, and learning paths to speed ramp time.
  • Partner with channel teams to align onboarding with sales approach.
  • Facilitate enablement sessions and onboarding virtually and in-person.
  • Track participation and program effectiveness; collect feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Development.
  • Experience delivering onboarding and skill development for commercial/enterprise sales.
  • Strong facilitation and program delivery skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales processes and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and enablement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and program management skills.
