π― Requirements
- 7β10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Development.
- Experience delivering onboarding and skill development for commercial/enterprise sales.
- Strong facilitation and program delivery skills.
- Understanding of enterprise sales processes and partner ecosystems.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and enablement.
- Strong organizational, communication, and program management skills.
