Senior Field Marketing Manager - Southern EMEA / LATAM

📋 Description

• Own and execute the Southern EMEA / LATAM field marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals.
• Partner with Southern EMEA & LATAM Sales/ADR to drive pipeline, deals, and expansion.
• Plan and execute regional programs: events, roundtables, trade shows, webinars.
• Develop and run ABM programs for priority enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize messaging for Southern EMEA and LATAM.
• Work with Partner Marketing to support joint field programs and co-marketing.
• Manage Southern EMEA / LATAM field marketing budget and forecast program impact.
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline, and ROI.
• Continuously optimize programs based on performance insights and sales feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, incl. 3+ years in field/regional roles.
• Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong background in events, ABM, and integrated demand generation.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Sales leadership and revenue teams.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to marketing performance.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Nice-to-haves: marketing to technical buyers (devs/architects) and OSS exposure.
• Nice-to-haves: familiarity with CRM/MAP/ABM tools; distributed/global org.
