- Own and execute the Southern EMEA / LATAM field marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals.
- Partner with Southern EMEA & LATAM Sales/ADR to drive pipeline, deals, and expansion.
- Plan and execute regional programs: events, roundtables, trade shows, webinars.
- Develop and run ABM programs for priority enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize messaging for Southern EMEA and LATAM.
- Work with Partner Marketing to support joint field programs and co-marketing.
- Manage Southern EMEA / LATAM field marketing budget and forecast program impact.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize programs based on performance insights and sales feedback.
π― Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, incl. 3+ years in field/regional roles.
- Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong background in events, ABM, and integrated demand generation.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales leadership and revenue teams.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to marketing performance.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Nice-to-haves: marketing to technical buyers (devs/architects) and OSS exposure.
- Nice-to-haves: familiarity with CRM/MAP/ABM tools; distributed/global org.
