🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years HR management experience.
- 8-10 years of field-based, multi-unit HR experience in retail or hospitality.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen linking people initiatives to operational outcomes.
- Strong employee relations expertise and ability to navigate high-stakes situations.
- Travel up to 50% and willingness to work in a field-based role.
