📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years HR management experience.
  • 8-10 years of field-based, multi-unit HR experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen linking people initiatives to operational outcomes.
  • Strong employee relations expertise and ability to navigate high-stakes situations.
  • Travel up to 50% and willingness to work in a field-based role.
