๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Partner with Global Sales Enablement and Japan Leadership to design enablement programs for Japan.
  • Diagnose where reps and managers need the most support across pipeline and deals.
  • Adapt global programs and content for Japan, balancing consistency with local relevance.
  • Build repeatable sales motions, processes, playbooks, and manager tools to help the field.
  • Produce and maintain enablement content reflecting regional priorities.
  • Program manage ongoing sales trainings and enablement initiatives across Japan.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales enablement, field enablement, sales strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Strong program management and prioritization skills; able to scope complex work and execute.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales motions and regional programs, especially Japan.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese buyer expectations, sales cycles, and culture, for enablement.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDICC, or MEDDPICC.
  • Familiarity with manager-led inspection and coaching.
