- Produce and maintain enablement content reflecting regional priorities.
- Program manage ongoing sales trainings and enablement initiatives across Japan.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 6+ years in sales enablement, field enablement, sales strategy, or GTM roles.
- Strong program management and prioritization skills; able to scope complex work and execute.
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales motions and regional programs, especially Japan.
- Strong understanding of Japanese buyer expectations, sales cycles, and culture, for enablement.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDICC, or MEDDPICC.
- Familiarity with manager-led inspection and coaching.
