📋 Description

• Execute and manage end-to-end logistics for training programs.
• Coordinate with People Operations and IT for global program integration.
• Manage field program communications via Slack and resource pages.
• Co-facilitate training sessions and onboarding modules for global delivery.
• Work with TS teams to identify training gaps and enablement initiatives.
• Host enablement calls and product deep-dive sessions for field teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enablement, operations, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Independently manage multi-step program logistics with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Docebo, Confluence, Slack.
• Interpret program metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for a global audience.
• Driven to support colleagues' development and learn Datadog platform.
