Build/modify maintenance playbooks to prevent downtime.
Redesign and harden machine components to extend time between failures.
Develop custom mechanical solutions and jigs to improve stability as the machine scales.
Own and continuously improve equipment uptime.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
Minimum of six years in manufacturing or process engineering.
Root-cause analysis using 5-Whys, Fishbone, 8D.
Experience with PLCs, robotics (6-axis/SCARA), and vision systems.
Data-driven with SPC and sensor data to predict failures.
IQ/OQ/PQ validation and FAT/SAT for precision and safety.
