Direct end-to-end ops/maintenance for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical)
Manage budgets and procurement; supervise third‑party contractors
Drive maintenance programs; optimize with BAS/BMS platforms
Lead safety and emergency response; manage hazardous materials (IATA)
Mentor teams; partner on energy management and large infra upgrades

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience in facilities engineering or workplace solutions with program mgmt
Proven experience in managing mission-critical infra, incl. HVAC, electrical, life-safety
Vendor management, facilities budget development, and contract oversight
Experience with SOP, MOP, and EOP programs and leading emergency response efforts
Experience with BMS/BAS platforms and CMMS for maintenance tracking
