Senior Facilities Engineer

📋 Description

• Key member of the Infrastructure Operations team focused on uptime and data center growth.
• Oversee day-to-day data center facilities operations and MEP performance.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs and vendor SLAs.
• Act as technical resource during incident response and resolution.
• Translate hands-on experience into operational excellence as CoreWeave scales.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to support rapid growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in critical facility operations with data center experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP infra: electrical, cooling, and BMS/EPMS.
• Experience writing and reviewing RCA documents for critical incidents.
• Proficiency analyzing redundancy (N, N+1, 2N) and risks.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and ASHRAE.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and participate in on-call rotation.
