  • Support day-to-day facilities services and building operations across UK sites.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, including PPM schedules.
  • Arrange and supervise works with suppliers/contractors with minimal disruption.
  • Manage hard and soft FM services (M&E, cleaning, waste, security, mail, aesthetics).
  • Organise on-site events and meetings; support space planning and moves.
  • Support facilities projects and post-room/courier activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • First Aid (essential or willingness to obtain)
  • IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable)
  • IWFM Level 4 or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • Proactive and solutions-focused
