- Authors high quality photorealistic facial rigs based on FACS using blendshapes.
- Develop rigs and systems to augment blendshape facial rigs for engine pipelines.
- Create and contribute tools for authoring/editing facial rigs (Python/PyQt/PySide).
- Collaborate with Art, Animation, and Engineering to deliver animator/mocap friendly rigs.
- Sculpts FACS-based rigs; processes 3D/4D scan data; explores state-of-the-art approaches.
- Mentor other TDs and coordinate with external vendors.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Expert-level experience with Maya.
- Sculpting with ZBrush/Mudbox; processing scan data with Wrap3D/4D; deformation transfer workflows.
- Preferred experience with real-time faces (Unity, Unreal or similar).
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and FACS.
