Senior Experiment Engineer

📋 Description

• Build experiments across the full complexity spectrum for client sites.
• Collaborate with clients to turn business questions into testable hypotheses.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards across the team.
• Own delivery to hit targets on time, every time.
• Work across unfamiliar frameworks and client stacks with speed and care.
• Contribute to experimentation as a craft through code reviews and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level proficiency with HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience shipping experiments in SPA frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Production experience with web experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Convert, AB Tasty).
• Fluent in the CLI and Git in a collaborative team.
• Ability to estimate complexity and communicate trade-offs early.
• Track record of reviewing others’ work and mentoring engineers.
