Senior Executive – US Individual Tax (India based role – Hyderabad)

📋 Description

• Mentor tax executives on complex issues, developing their skills
• Manage and review complex 1040/1041 and HNI returns
• Respond to tax authority inquiries; draft letters and docs; liaise with IRS
• Participate in client meetings; present tax concepts clearly
• Support admin tasks; organize and maintain client files
• Interpret complex tax laws with strong analytical skills

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree; master's in taxation, EA, CPA preferred
• Expertise in Pass-through and Corporate tax returns
• Strong research and writing; Excel modeling; oral communication skills
• Ability to supervise, review, and develop staff accountants
