- Own calendar for the Managing Director EMEA, balancing customers, leadership, and travel.
- Act as strategic partner on executive-level project management for EMEA initiatives.
- Manage the operational cadence of the EMEA Commercial org with planning and meetings.
- Coordinate complex meetings including leadership forums, customer meetings, and offsites.
- Proactively manage correspondence and meeting priorities across time zones.
- Travel up to 20% to support EMEA events and leadership offsites.
π― Requirements
- 6+ years in executive admin or Executive Business Partner role, ideally supporting Sales/Go-To-Market.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or C-level executives in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong travel, expenses, and executive logistics management; corporate card experience a plus.
- Proven project management for customer-facing activities and events.
- Fluent with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other modern collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, discretion, confidentiality, and judgement.
