  • Own calendar for the Managing Director EMEA, balancing customers, leadership, and travel.
  • Act as strategic partner on executive-level project management for EMEA initiatives.
  • Manage the operational cadence of the EMEA Commercial org with planning and meetings.
  • Coordinate complex meetings including leadership forums, customer meetings, and offsites.
  • Proactively manage correspondence and meeting priorities across time zones.
  • Travel up to 20% to support EMEA events and leadership offsites.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in executive admin or Executive Business Partner role, ideally supporting Sales/Go-To-Market.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or C-level executives in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong travel, expenses, and executive logistics management; corporate card experience a plus.
  • Proven project management for customer-facing activities and events.
  • Fluent with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other modern collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, discretion, confidentiality, and judgement.
