  • Own event planning: objectives, audiences, messages, formats, timelines, metrics.
  • Lead Cvent implementation and optimization with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships, procurement, negotiating, and contracts.
  • Monitor tasks and risks; ensure schedules and communicate changes.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Product, Creative, and marketing to align with GTM priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing event management (auto/tech/SaaS) incl VIP programs.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder events from brief to post-analysis.
  • Strong business and financial acumen; tie event strategy to revenue and company goals.
  • Excellent project management and communication; manage multiple events.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with vendors and membership organizations; negotiation and performance management.
