  • Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle: budget, site, contracts, ROI.
  • Own end-to-end events across trade shows, conferences, webinars, and activations.
  • Lead pre- and post-event promotion with Sales for lead capture and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Brand, and Communications to define goals and messaging.
  • Manage event logistics: booths, vendors, shipping, staffing, setup, budget.
  • Drive attendee engagement through demos, giveaways, and value-added interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years managing industry events, advertising and influencer relationships.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required for event execution.
