📋 Description

  • Own and lead Intercom’s full portfolio of brand sponsorships and event activations
  • Drive strategy and execution of tier-1 third-party events and sponsorships
  • Deliver creative execution across activation design, attendee flow, AV, and on-site
  • Bring Fin to life through experiences that communicate its depth and leadership
  • Collaborate with Communications, Brand Marketing, and R&D to align on speakers and goals
  • Travel 25 to 30 percent to oversee on-site execution and uphold quality

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years leading end-to-end brand events and activations in tech or B2B
  • Proven ability to produce refined, creative brand experiences
  • Strong ownership; take initiative and follow through with high standards
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with structured decision-making
  • Hands-on creative production across design, storytelling, and attendee experience
  • Confident working with technical and product teams to translate complex products into experiences
  • Clear, collaborative communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
