- Collaborate with Communications, Brand Marketing, and R&D to align on speakers and goals
- Travel 25 to 30 percent to oversee on-site execution and uphold quality
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years leading end-to-end brand events and activations in tech or B2B
- Proven ability to produce refined, creative brand experiences
- Strong ownership; take initiative and follow through with high standards
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with structured decision-making
- Hands-on creative production across design, storytelling, and attendee experience
- Confident working with technical and product teams to translate complex products into experiences
- Clear, collaborative communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
