Senior Event Producer

📋 Description

• Identify potential speakers and recruit prospects via phone/email
• Educate speakers on why they should participate in Bisnow events
• Build and manage the event experience from concept to day-of
• Collaborate with departments to reach ambitious goals
• Promote Bisnow via associations and local groups
• Research CRE topics and top speakers for events

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of event production or property management
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic; tenacity
• Ability to establish and maintain CRE relationships
