Deliver high-quality support to marketing events and programmes run by the Client team.
Collaborate with client contacts on event data and audience development for multiple EMEA events.
Own or collaborate on project timelines and plans to meet deliverables.
Work with external partners, agencies, vendors, and internal teams (PR, Sales, Logistics).
Act as trusted project lead, reporting to the Event Director.
Create high-quality, high-touch events that communicate brand value and build brand equity.

🎯 Requirements

4-7 years of event management experience (in-person and virtual)
Event trend awareness and competitive insights
Excellent multitasking across multiple projects
Experience in financial planning and budgeting for events
Fast-paced, able to react to urgent requests
Client-facing: build strong client relationships
BA/BS degree required
Ability to travel for live events/site visits
