Senior Equity Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and maintain equity grant frameworks for hires, promotions, refreshes, and awards.
• Analyze equity and total compensation market data (Radford, Pave) to inform design.
• Build and maintain models to value equity grants and assess total rewards competitiveness.
• Partner with Finance, Equity Administration, TA, and People to guide equity grants and salary positioning.
• Support quarterly equity approvals; validate grant lists before board review.
• Translate equity and compensation data into clear insights for leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience scaling equity compensation programs in high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to build equity and compensation models in Excel.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Talent Acquisition.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms such as Carta.
• Experience using market data (Radford, Pave) to evaluate competitiveness.
• Design or refine equity frameworks tied to job architecture or leveling.
