Senior Equity Admin Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Equity Administration; manage programs, automate where possible, and scale for growth.
• Oversee stock plan management; ensure integrity of awards, exercises, and settlements.
• Ensure database integrity; monthly equity reconciliations for reporting.
• Partner with Legal, People, Payroll, Accounting, and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Foster participant experience; train employees and maintain internal equity site.
• Prepare Compensation Committee and Board materials on equity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years equity administration exp in publicly traded companies; SOX.
• Experience reviewing equity plan documents and design.
• Familiarity with SEC rules and disclosures.
• CEP designation preferred.
• Fidelity Stock Plan Services experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in high‑pressure, high‑volume environments with deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills; identify issues and provide solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Build cross‑functional relationships.
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and global tax equity compensation.
• Proficiency in equity admin software, Google Workspace, and Excel.
• Knowledge of US GAAP Stock Based Compensation accounting a plus.
