- Work with customers to operationalize, administer and maintain the Tanium Platform.
- Resolve complex technical issues independently or with teammates.
- Identify opportunities for customers to gain greater value from Tanium.
- Communicate needs clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts and support strategic customer activities.
- Document best practices and Play Book entries; share with teams.
π― Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years IT/Consulting experience.
- 5+ years in Systems Administration/Engineering.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance or higher.
- Hands-on Tanium experience is a major plus; strong troubleshooting.
- Broad knowledge across Endpoint Security, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Systems Administration.
