Work with customers to operationalize, administer and maintain the Tanium Platform.
Resolve complex technical issues independently or with teammates.
Identify opportunities for customers to gain greater value from Tanium.
Communicate needs clearly, verbally and in writing.
Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts and support strategic customer activities.
Document best practices and Play Book entries; share with teams.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
5+ years IT/Consulting experience.
5+ years in Systems Administration/Engineering.
Active TS/SCI Clearance or higher.
Hands-on Tanium experience is a major plus; strong troubleshooting.
Broad knowledge across Endpoint Security, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Systems Administration.
