📋 Description

  • Own selling strategy for Caper to global enterprise retailers, with focus on Europe.
  • Design and implement selling strategies with the International Platform Sales team to drive revenue.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key Caper decision-makers and influencers.
  • Create and deliver compelling Caper/Connected Stores presentations and proposals to retailers.
  • Negotiate and close complex Caper contracts with retailers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance go-to-market strategy and drive results.

🎯 Requirements

  • 9+ years’ experience in grocery or retail.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling high-tech products or services, preferably in retail.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales/OKR targets.
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of APIs, databases, and integration tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
