  • Handle general ticketing, account management, and escalation; participate in On-Call rotation.
  • On-site walk-up support for face-to-face technical help.

  • Create and maintain internal and user-facing documentation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Experience providing detailed support under high pressure corporate environments.
  • Experience managing medium to large IT-related projects.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Trello, RingCentral, and Jamf.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with remote teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience being part of a global IT Support team and follow-the-sun support.
