- Proven success managing complex enterprise relationships with exec alignment.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders on compliance and risk.
- Strategic, outcomes-driven mindset; translate compliance goals into scalable workflows.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira.
- Comfortable in a cross-functional, async-first environment; ownership with humility, urgency.
