  • Lead executive relationships with enterprise customers on compliance success.

🎯 Requirements

  • Deep understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP.
  • 5+ years in security/compliance or IAM supporting enterprise customers.
  • 8+ years in Customer Success/Consulting/Strategic Account Mgmt in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise relationships with exec alignment.
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders on compliance and risk.
  • Strategic, outcomes-driven mindset; translate compliance goals into scalable workflows.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira.
  • Comfortable in a cross-functional, async-first environment; ownership with humility, urgency.
