📋 Description

  • Lead enterprise customer relationships; earn executive trust on compliance success
  • Drive outcomes beyond adoption; develop success plans and KPIs
  • Guide customers through SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP
  • Own journey milestones—from onboarding to renewal; health checks and QBRs

  • Promote next features; drive adoption as Drata evolves with customers

🎯 Requirements

  • SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, and FedRAMP expertise
  • 5+ years in security/compliance (GRC) or IAM for enterprise
  • 8+ years in Customer Success/Consulting/Strategic SA in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in enterprise relationships and exec alignment
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders on compliance and risk
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, Jira
  • Must be located in Central Time Zone; comfortable in async, cross-functional teams
