Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• CPQ, product and SKU systems analysis for quoting and order flows.
• Maintain and evolve product catalog and SKU structures per GTM requirements.
• Analyze end-to-end flows across Salesforce, CPQ, Workato, Logisense, NetSuite for Order-to-Cash.
• Own UAT scripts, data preparation, regression testing, and release validation.
• Identify operational/data risks from pricing or product changes and raise findings with owners.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and test scenarios; support delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Sales, CPQ, or Rev/OTC in SaaS.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ: quoting, product/config, pricing.
• Knowledge of Opportunity→Order→Billing flows and CRM/CPQ integrations (Workato, NetSuite).
• UAT ownership: build test scripts, data, regression, defects, validation.
• Operational issue triage in integrated environments; strong BA; SQL skills.
