📋 Description

  • Own executive relationships for strategic UAE Government accounts and partnerships.
  • Acquire new government logos and expand accounts via prospecting and cross-sell.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (Arabic/English) to position Sophos as a trusted partner.
  • Lead end-to-end public sector sales cycle with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and execute account strategies, stakeholder mapping, and campaigns.
  • Deliver quarterly revenue with pipeline, CRM hygiene, and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 10+ years quota-carrying enterprise sales; 5+ years UAE Government.
  • Proven record closing complex cybersecurity/enterprise deals in public sector.
  • Deep understanding of UAE government procurement and tendering (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
  • Successful strategic account planning, senior stakeholder engagement, and value-based selling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and Power BI.
