- Experience selling to IT leaders (CIOs, IT Ops, DevOps, SRE)
- Familiarity with ITSM, observability, monitoring tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experience in overlay/co-sell models within enterprise accounts
- Strong communication with both technical and executive audiences
- Nice to have: background in IT operations, DevOps, or infrastructure
