  • Prospect CTOs, engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  • Grow MongoDB customer base by landing new workloads via outbound prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle for MongoDB Products & Services
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships
  • Build a Salesforce and Clari pipeline while maximizing tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience closing new workloads and expanding accounts
  • Proven ability to expand existing accounts and sell across business units
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise tech
  • Co-selling with AWS, GCP, Azure and GSIs; English fluency required
  • Must live in territory (flexible work model)
