🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years fabrication or assembly experience
- Able to read mechanical drawings and tolerances
- Able to read fluid or electrical schematics
- Experienced with machine tools, saws, grinders
- Physically capable: lift 50 lbs, outdoors, occasional heights
