- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Lever), and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
