- Proven recruitment experience in manufacturing/semiconductor roles (mechanical, electrical, metrology, laser, R&D).
- Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D) and ability to engage technical candidates.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever ATS, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
