📋 Description

• Own Integrated Master Schedule across drone, GCS, and subsystems.
• Manage cross-functional integration: design, manufacturing, firmware, test.
• Drive change control; assess scope, schedule, cost; ensure traceability.
• Ensure configuration management across revisions, BOMs, ECOs, firmware.
• Own phase gate execution and governance cadence; brief leadership.
• Coordinate hardware builds with contract manufacturers across 3 countries; travel 20-30%.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in hardware engineering program mgmt; bachelor's degree.
• Proven multi-disciplinary hardware PM from prototype to mass production.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers in Asia (on-site builds).
• IMS ownership with 500+ tasks, dependencies and critical path analysis.
• Formal risk mgmt: risk registers, FMEA, mitigation, executive reporting.
• Phase gate ownership: entry/exit criteria, evidence, leadership readiness.
