🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of people management in an engineering team

- Proven experience building and operating distributed backend systems
- Strong backend experience in Java or Python
- AWS and SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, DynamoDB)
- Kafka, Spark, and Databricks for streaming or batch processing
