🎯 Requirements

- Experience leading through ambiguity and scaling systems in high-traffic, cloud-native environments
- Familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, observability tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including cross-functional work
- Pragmatic, people-first mindset with strong technical stewardship
