📋 Description

• Lead and grow the core reporting and data curation platform
• Define and execute vision for scalable operational reporting and data modeling
• Partner with product/design/engineering to deliver reliable reports and data products
• Build and improve data pipelines, models, and tooling for accuracy and broad reportability
• Champion AI-native workflows and modern development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software or data engineering; 5+ years in management
• Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and scalable reporting; Trino/Presto/Spark SQL
• Experience leading data platforms, analytics systems, or reporting infra
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, performance optimization
• Hands-on depth in Kotlin/Java, Python, or SQL analytics; cloud storage
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders across functions
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing senior engineers
• Willingness to learn cutting-edge tech including AI tooling
