- Strong in build systems (Bazel, Buck2), Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar).
- Proven record improving release velocity and reliability via data-driven decisions.
- Experience in regulated or security-sensitive fintech/payments environments.
- Excellent cross-functional communication; collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Product leaders.
