Senior Engineering Manager, Product Security

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the App & Product Security squad; define charter, KPIs, roadmap.
• Balance people leadership with hands-on work; set strategy and build a team.
• Own strategic direction of product, app, and AI security; translate risk into a program.
• Drive vulnerability management end-to-end; report across Monarch's product surface.
• Lead offensive security programs: pentesting, bug bounty, incident response.
• Embed AI-first, automated security in the SDLC; replace manual steps with AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security engineering with at least 3 years leading security teams.
• Hands-on experience building scalable Product Security programs.
• Deep expertise in application security, secure SDLC, and vulnerability management.
• Experience owning offensive security programs (pentesting, bug bounty, or IR).
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, define KPIs, and drive teams toward outcomes.
• Transformative AI fluency; actively use and drive AI-first approaches.
