Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

📋 Description

• Lead ML-focused pod across recommendations, search, PLPs, and monetization.
• Drive revenue and user value through personalization.
• Own technical direction for homepage feed and personalization surfaces.
• Be hands-on when needed: review designs and build PoC models.
• Develop talent and coach engineers for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a front-line manager delivering production-grade software or ML systems.
• 5+ years as an IC in ML/DS with leading end-to-end personalization ML systems.
• Deep familiarity with Python ML ecosystem: pandas, sklearn, xgboost, PyTorch.
• Experience supervising ML Engineers/Data Scientists; bonus for Software Engineers.
• Strong ML lifecycle knowledge: data pipelines, Airflow, deployment, monitoring.
• Background in consumer-facing products; e-commerce preferred.
