Secure AI using AI agents, CUA agents, LLMs and ADK/LangChain.
Design and develop secure, scalable multi-tenant software on AWS and Azure.
Influence product direction and engineering best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years software engineering; 5+ years in a manager role.
Expert-level Java, Spring, REST and Microservices.
AI tools (MCP, A2A) and agentic frameworks; continuous learner.
Strong research skills and ability to dive deep into platforms.
Experience leading and hiring top engineering talent.
Java security-focused development with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC) and containers.
