🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering; 4+ years leading teams; 2+ years managing iOS/mobile teams.
• Strong iOS technical depth Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, architecture patterns.
• Track record shipping polished mobile experiences at scale in consumer/marketplace.
• Product engineering mindset translate user needs into high-performance mobile experiences.
• Scaled teams through rapid growth hiring onboarding developing engineers.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership; influence stakeholders.
