- Direct experience as a partner-facing technical leader; solutioning calls; SLAs
- Comfort with fintech, transactional products, or travel fintech
- Knowledge of travel distribution landscapes (booking engines, OTAs, PSS)
- Experience with Scala or Java, REST APIs, OAuth2.0; cloud infra (GCP/AWS); React/TypeScript
