🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including leading high-performing teams.
• Shipped complex, high-impact products in fast-moving environments.
• Mastery of a modern stack (JS/TS, Python, Java, AWS).
• Have fully embraced AI and are regularly pushing PRs.
• Have sharp product instincts, you ask why before how.
• Experience (or strong interest) in behavioral analytics.
