Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity

📋 Description

• Lead and grow AI-native developer productivity teams.
• Translate strategy into scalable platforms and roadmaps across CI/CD, agent infra, and LLM access.
• Define operating model for AI-native dev, with governance and standards for safe experimentation.
• Align across infra, DX, reliability, security, compliance, ML, and execs.
• Build systems to scale AI-assisted workflows with quality and safety.
• Develop comms and enablement: strategy reviews, working groups, training, docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, engineering management, or platform/infrastructure roles.
• Experience leading teams delivering large-scale platforms with executive visibility.
• Deep fluency in developer productivity systems: CI/CD, code review, testing, deployment, observability, and dev environments.
• Understand AI/LLM-enabled development, agent workflows, governance, telemetry, and cost controls.
• Data-driven with ability to build measurement systems linking improvements to outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication; translate changes into clear narratives.
• Experience leading transformation, platform adoption, or workflow modernization.
• Familiarity with engineering productivity frameworks such as DORA or SPACE.
