🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years total engineering experience (backend, data, or full-stack)
- 4+ years directly managing software/data engineering teams
- Proven experience designing and scaling data-intensive SaaS or platform systems
- Experience with distributed systems and data platforms (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, NoSQL)
- Cloud-native experience (AWS preferred)
- U.S. Citizenship; TS/SCI eligibility (not required day 1)
