📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across backend systems and customer-facing experiences.
• Set technical direction and roadmap for licensing and billing capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Finance, and Sales to ship solutions.
• Drive licensing, access control, and usage tracking projects for billing.
• Build admin dashboards and provisioning flows for licenses/add-ons.
• Coach engineers and explain decisions to senior stakeholders in business terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering management experience leading complex product/platform work.
• Fintech systems experience in billing, monetization, or entitlements.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical judgment on architecture, data models, APIs, and reliability.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing engineers.
• Product-minded, with curiosity about how tech supports new business models.
