🎯 Requirements
- Strong technical background in general engineering
- Experience delivering large engineering initiatives across multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in CS or demonstrated self-learning
- Previous team lead experience leading leaders
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and the testing pyramid
- Knowledge of trunk-based development, 12-factor, Docker, and Datadog
